Better place to eat in Renovo if you're in the area. Reliable food and service. Clean and neat with a friendly home town atmosphere. Food fare ranges from wings to steak and with such diversity some dishes aren't on the same level as others. However, the meals I have had have all been good and would return if in the area. More consistent then other food venues in tje area.

We have been going to the Sportsman Hotel almost forever. It's on our way to hunting camp and we usually stop in for a meal or a few beers. We have been going there since the bar was in the front of the building, where the kitchen is now. The food is always good and the service is always prompt. The bar is nice and they're quick to refill your drink.

Great food and service at a reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. A little shy on amenities and a bit pricey but overall not a bad place to stay.

Food is amazing! I don't know who makes the crust or sause on that pizza, but give yourself a big pat on the back for that. Unfortunately due to the recent events wife masks and what not, my wife and I did not dine inside, but just from the staff at the front door, I could see that the service is impeccable. Maybe once things calm down, we will be able to appreciate this place and town a little better.

Nothing but great hospitality. Great food as well! The room was clean, and we loved the ice cold AC after a day of riding. The bar tender was so nice and personable. Definitely will be back next year!!

I would highly recommend this great secret in the mountains. They staff is sooo accommodating and very friendly. We rented one of their beautiful dining rooms for a 70th Birthday party. They catered our party and offered us whatever we needed. The food was amazing! Everyone had a blast! Matt and Connie run a great restaurant and pub! Thank you both for all your work in helping to make her day unforgettable!

Is this the cleanest, most modern hotel room you'll ever get? Heck no. Is it the best, fanciest food you'll ever eat? Negative. (Chicken wings were outstanding, though!) Is it an affordable option in the heart of some of the best motorcycle roads you'll ever ride that beats the heck out of a tent and serves warm food and cold beer right downstairs? Yes, it is. I've enjoyed riding motorcycles in this area for a couple of decades and usually make a reservation before leaving. I decided to wing it this time. I was very pleased to roll into Renovo without a reservation and find an available room for less than I often pay for dinner and drinks. There is a grocery store and gas within minutes. The water is hot in the shower. The room was clean enough. If you're swinging though and need a cheap room you can do a lot worse than the Sportsman's Hotel!

This place is a nice spot to stop at and grab a bite to eat when you’re in the area. They have regular specials through the week. The servers were very friendly, getting the meal was a bit slow but was good when we got it. We also felt we could’ve done without the scented candles; it is an over powering bouquet that greets your senses upon entering the dining area. But all in all a good place given the area has few dining options.
